I can re-dye all types of leather items.
Here is an example of a pair of leather Cupid Brand shoes that the dye had started wearing off.
Both sides of one shoe had places where there was dye loss.
Here is a good close up of the damage.
It was interesting that the other shoe did not have any dye loss.
Shoes can be difficult to re-dye depending on how they were dyed at the factory.
In this case, the shoes were receptive to re-dyeing.
I re-dyed both shoes to match.
Doing just one is not a good idea because it is difficult to get an exact color match.
I recommended to dye these shoes a shade darker in order to best cover the blemishes from wear.
Once finished the shoes were like new. As you can see from this close-up.
The cost to do this was around $20.
A lot better than having to buy a new pair of shoes.
