I received this Kate Spade purse in the mail from a customer recently.
The cloth was faded out and the leather had stains from liquids that caused discolored rings.
As you can see the leather bottom was very discolored.
As I flip it over you can see the other side of the bottom.
A closeup angle shot helps you see the faded fabric.
My task was to revitalize this once beautiful purse.
Below are pictures of the finished product.
I was able to redye the fabric.
A closeup of the top let's you see the detail of this once again beautiful purse.
The bottom leather is back to a "like new" condition.
I hand blended the leather dye to match.
I put a coat of clear protectant finish to help prevent future staining of the leather.
This purse turned out very well. I was able to "wow" the customer.
